Cooperative Care Training

Does your dog have trouble with nail trims or grooming? Are vet visits stressful and scary for both of you?

Cooperative care training minimizes anxiety and encourages your dog to be a willing participant, causing them to be less stressed during basic grooming behaviors or veterinary procedures. Cooperative care training also builds trust between you and your dog, making everyday life much easier and happier.

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician and Fear Free Certified Trainer, our instructor Rachael’s main focus has been low-stress handling and cooperative veterinary care for pets. Now she is using the knowledge she’s gained to help pet parents in our Cooperative Care Training Appointments.

Cost is $65 per session at the Reactive Referral Center, or $125.00 per in-home session. Travel fees may apply.
